1. Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Guides, and Online Courses)
Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and no refunds are offered once the product has been purchased. This is because digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions:
If you experience technical issues accessing your digital product or if you mistakenly purchase the wrong item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of your purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue or provide the correct product.

2. The Empowered Edge Yearly Membership Program
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
We are confident in the value of our Empowered Edge Yearly Membership Program. If, however, you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your membership, we offer a full refund. To request a refund, please contact our support team within 30 days of your purchase.

Pro-Rated Refunds:
After the initial 30-day period, refunds are available on a pro-rated basis for unused months of your membership. To cancel your membership and request a pro-rated refund, please contact our support team. Refunds will be calculated based on the remaining full months left in your membership term.

No Refunds After 60 Days:
Please note that after 60 days, no refunds will be issued, regardless of how many months remain in the membership.

3. Personalized Executive Coaching Packages
High-Level Coaching Services:
Due to the personalized and time-intensive nature of high-level coaching, refunds are not offered for coaching services once they have begun. Each coaching session is tailored to your unique needs and requires significant preparation and commitment.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

Cancellation: You may cancel your coaching package within 7 days of purchase for a full refund if no sessions have taken place. After 7 days, no refunds will be provided.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited without refund.
Exceptional Circumstances:
In cases of significant personal or professional events that impact your ability to continue with the coaching program, please contact us. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a partial refund, credit for future services, or an alternative arrangement.

4. Bundle Offers
Refund Policy:
Bundle offers provide significant value by combining multiple products or services at a discounted rate. Due to the nature of bundles:

No Refunds: Refunds are not available once any part of the bundle has been accessed or used.
Full Bundle Returns: If you wish to request a refund for a bundle, you must return the entire
